I work with a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on people whose lives and careers demand a lot—high stress, constant pressure, and competition. My work helps rebuild the mind-body connection so you can sustain energy, regain control, and perform at your best without burning out.
I also support people recovering from eating disorders and parents navigating their child’s recovery, providing science-backed strategies for healing, confidence, and lasting change.
As a licensed professional counselor with a post-doctoral certification in sport and performance psychology, my work spans both counseling and coaching—and part of my role is helping you determine which is right for you.
COUNSELING is appropriate when you’re dealing with severe anxiety, burnout, disordered eating, depression or other mental health concerns that benefit from assessment, diagnosis, and clinical treatment.
COACHING is a better fit when your primary goal is performance achievement, motivation, energy management, or sustainable success in work, life, and/or competition—and you want scientifically grounded tools to move forward.
